15 April 2012 - SMTCL Large Diameter Turning has arrived to TMW inc.

Trailers Machine and Welding, Inc. now offers and operates the only large diameter lathe of its type in over 300 miles. The SMTCL CNC lathe is capable of machining a maximum stock size of 32.250" by 196.00" shaft. This lathe features a 3 speed gear box with 4,660 Ft/Pounds of torque at the spindle with a 60 HP drive motor. It is serviced by a 20,000 pound overhead gantry crane and is a great addition to all the equipment TMW, Inc. has to offer you, our client.
