HAAS Automation VF-2.
The Haas VF-2 is the latest addition to Trailers Machine and Welding, Inc. In addition to the VF-2, TMW, Inc. also has a VF-3 and VF-4 Haas CNC Mills. Each of the Haas CNC Machines offer through spindle coolant and Kurt 3600 hydraulic vices and are accurate to 0.0001". The VF-2 offers a Haas HRT-210 CNC 4th axis rotary with 8" diameter platen, and the VF-4 offers a Haas HRT- 310 CNC 4th axis rotary with 12" diameter platen. Haas Automation
DaeWoo Puma 250 with bar feeder.
The Puma 250 has a 30 hp spindle drive, and is a CNC lathe with 12 position tool turret and a 10 " Kitagawa chuck. With the 3.000" diameter SMW bar feeder in place, the Puma 250 can run continuously for hours, only requiring stops for insert changes. DaeWoo Automation
DaeWoo Puma 350.
The Puma 350 has a 50 hp spindle drive with gear box and is capable of holding much larger materials in its 18" Kitagawa, hydraulic chuck. The 350 has a 27.5"/18.9" diameter turning capacity and 41.5" maximum turning length. The 10 position tool turret allow the 350 to run many different machining operations, and with programmable tail stock on both the 350 and 250, options are near endless. DaeWoo Automation

In addition to the CNC equipment, TMW, Inc. is capable of lifting tons of equipment from your trailer and around the shop from machine to machine through the use of overhead cranes in each section of the shop. Manual lathes and mills allow for prototype development, and plasma cutting and automatic band saw services are also available.
